Natural Flow Co. was born from a shift in how I wanted to work and live.
After two years back in the fast-paced startup world, I found myself balancing the demands of full-time work while raising twin boys. I cared deeply about the work — but I wasn’t taking care of myself or showing up at my best.
That realization led to something bigger. Across the CPG space, I kept seeing the same pattern: founders and small teams doing everything they could to keep things moving, stretched thin and carrying more than was sustainable.
Natural Flow Co. grew out of that awareness — offering fractional support and project-based solutions that fill critical gaps, support execution, and help teams stay focused without burning out.
Because your best work doesn’t happen when you’re running on empty.

How I Work
My approach is hands-on and grounded in real-world experience. I work best with founders and small teams who are doing a lot with limited resources and need practical, reliable support.
I support wholesale operations, account management, program implementation, and project management — making sure everything is set up properly and nothing falls through the cracks.
I’m especially strong at:
Driving sales growth and developing key accounts
Coordinating projects that require planning, detail, and follow-through
Building tools and processes that support day to day execution
Identifying potential issues before they become problems
Organizing work flows so teams can clearly see progress toward goals

Career History
My career spans fashion retail and the natural CPG space, blending hands-on retail experience with a systems-focused, results driven mindset. Over the years, I’ve worked across merchandising, team leadership, and brand and account management — always focused on driving results, streamlining workflows, and supporting growth.
I began my CPG journey in the field with SmartSweets, eventually moving into a Key Account Manager role. After stepping back to start a family, I returned to the industry with Hive Naturals (now Hive Retail Solutions), supporting 30+ brands, leading field teams across Western Canada, and collaborating closely with brand partners, brokers, and distributors. It was there that I honed my strengths in optimizing workflows, building practical tools, improving team processes and supporting revenue growth.
Most recently, at Magic Scoop Nutrition, I supported their retail launch — managing key accounts and vendor relationships, coordinating trade shows, building internal processes, and partnering across operations, marketing, and retail execution.
