Natural Flow Co. was born from a shift in how I wanted to work and live.

After two years back in the fast-paced startup world, I realized I was trying to do everything at once—while raising twin boys. I cared deeply about the work, but I wasn’t showing up as my best self at home.

Across the CPG space, I saw founders and small teams doing the same thing: carrying more than is sustainable just to keep up.

Natural Flow Co. exists to change that.

I offer fractional support and project-based solutions that fill critical gaps, support execution, and help teams stay focused—without burning out. Because retail growth doesn’t happen when you’re running on empty. It happens when you’re in your Natural Flow.

Career Snapshot

My career spans fashion retail and natural CPG, combining hands-on retail experience with a systems-focused, results-driven mindset. I’ve supported merchandising, team leadership, and brand and account management — always focused on driving growth and improving workflows.

I began my career in the field with SmartSweets, moved into key account management, and later supported 30+ brands at Hive Naturals (now Hive Retail Solutions). Most recently, I led retail launch support at Magic Scoop Nutrition, managing accounts, vendor relationships, trade shows, and internal operations.

This experience shapes how I work today: practical, organized, and grounded in what actually works in retail.
