Natural Flow Co. was born from a personal shift.
After two years back in the fast-paced startup world, I found myself juggling the demands of raising twin boys while also giving my all to work I truly cared about. I wasn’t living in my natural flow and something needed to change.
That shift led me to something deeper: a desire to support brands, and the people behind them, in a way that flows with their needs and honors my own.
I’ve seen how often growing CPG brands, and the people behind them, operate at full capacity. They’re not quite ready for a full-time hire, so they wear all the hats and keep pushing through.
That’s where Natural Flow Co. comes in — filling the gaps with part-time, sustainable solutions that meet you in your season.
Because your best work doesn’t happen when you’re running on empty. It happens when you’re in your Natural Flow.
Career History
My career spans diverse roles across fashion retail and the natural CPG space. From merchandising and store management to leading teams, managing brands, vendors, and accounts.
I began my CPG career in the field with SmartSweets, where I progressed into a Key Account Manager role. After stepping back to have a family, I returned with Hive Naturals (now Hive Retail Solutions), supporting 30+ brands, leading field teams across Western Canada , and working closely with brand partners, brokers, and distributors. This role allowed me to lean into my strengths: streamlining workflows, developing tools, and improving team operations.
Most recently, at Magic Scoop Nutrition, I played a key role in their retail launch. I managed key accounts and vendor relationships, coordinated trade shows, built internal tools and processes, and acted as a strategic partner across operations, marketing, and retail execution.
