Grounded in real experience
I’ve worked across every stage of field execution — from merchandising stores and building retailer relationships, to coaching field reps, leading field teams, and supporting emerging CPG brands across Canada.
Through that experience, I've seen what happens when brands invest in retail execution without the structure, direction, and systems needed to support it.
What I’ve learned
Successful field execution isn't just about having people in stores.
It requires clear priorities, strong communication, measurable expectations, and a shared understanding of what success looks like.
Many brands have talented people representing them in store — but without the right direction, systems, and accountability, opportunities can be missed and execution can become inconsistent.
The difference between activity and impact comes from having the right structure behind the work.
What Clients Can Expect
Every brand is different, but every engagement is built on the same principles:
Practical advice: Recommendations grounded in real retail experience.
Clear direction: Helping you prioritize opportunities and focus on what matters most.
Collaborative partnership: Working alongside your team as priorities evolve and retail becomes more complex.
Long-term thinking: Building solutions that support sustainable retail growth, not just short-term wins.
Partnership. Clarity. Integrity. Transparency.
Why Natural Flow?
Natural Flow Co. was born from a desire for more flexibility in my career. Becoming a parent made me rethink what I wanted my work to look like and how I wanted it to fit into my life.
Starting my own business gave me the opportunity to build work around my strengths and interests, while creating more space for what matters most to me.
The name Natural Flow came from my own search for a way of working that felt more natural — one that allowed me to do work I enjoy, stay connected to my family, and create a life that feels sustainable.
