A message from our Founder

Natural Flow Co. was born from a shift in how I wanted to work and live.

After two years back in the fast-paced startup world, while raising twin boys, I found myself running at a pace that simply wasn’t sustainable. I cared deeply about the work. But somewhere along the way, work had taken over everything else. My boundaries had all but disappeared, and I realized I was no longer showing up the way I wanted to for my kids and family. Something had to change — not just in how I worked, but in how I lived. Natural Flow Co. was that change.

I kept seeing the same thing play out across the industry — founders and small teams stretched impossibly thin, doing everything themselves, wearing every hat, trying to grow without the budget for full-time support and without a partner who could step in and move the work forward.

That’s the gap Natural Flow Co. was built to fill. Because early-stage brands deserve real, experienced support — even when a full-time hire isn’t the right move yet.

Grounded in real experience

My career spans fashion retail and natural CPG space — always focused on the same thing: helping brands grow through better execution, stronger relationships, and clear organization and structure.

Field Sales & In-Store Execution:
I started on the ground — building retailer relationships and learning firsthand what it takes to make a product perform at shelf. That foundation shaped everything that came after.

Account Management & Operations:
I’ve worked directly with buyers and category managers — coordinating listings, supporting sell-in, leading cross-functional projects, and building the internal foundations that keep wholesale operations organized, consistent, and moving forward.

Brand Management & Team Leadership:
I’ve built and led field teams, mentored reps, and managed the communication bridge between a portfolio of +15 brands and field representatives across Canada.

The brands that grew were the ones with someone willing to take real ownership — anticipating needs, filling gaps, and driving execution forward without being asked. That’s the standard I bring to every brand I work with.
